This morning on Home & Family I shared some of my absolute faves from this year's Toy Fair in New York City. Out of the hundreds of thousands of new toys that were previewed during the toy fair, I chose four that are coming out later this year.
Crayola Color Wonder Light Brush
Available Summer 2017, Ages 3+, $19.99Crayola Color Wonder Magic Light Brush lets kids create colorful art without the mess. Color Wonder paints are clear and only work on Color Wonder special paper—they won’t color on skin, carpet or furniture. The Color Wonder Magic Light Brush lights up to match whatever paint color you’re using. Dip into green and the brush turns green; try the blue and it changes to blue!
Simon Optix
Available Fall 2017, Ages 8+, $24.99An update on a classic favorite, it’s the wearable SIMON challenge! See the world through SIMON’s eyes with the SIMON OPTIX Game! With this touch-free headset, players follow the game’s patterns by waving their hands in the correct sequence.
RazorX Cruiser and RazorX Longboard
Available Summer 2017, Ages 9+; $179.99–$199.99My family has always LOVED Razor products, and these new boards are no exception. These electric skateboards are incredibly light-weight and can carry riders up to 10 mph, with speed controlled by a hand-held controller. In the video above, you can see they get the Home & Family test!
Pie Face Sky High Game
Available Fall 2017, Ages 5 years & up, $24.99Step right up to the Pie Face Sky High game! Inspired by the strong man carnival games, the Pie Face Sky High Game features a three-foot-tall face mask and “pie slammer hammer” for silly, competitive pie-in-the-face fun.
Mark your calendars; these releases are going to be super popular this year and will make awesome birthday or holiday gifts.
Make sure you're following me on Instagram, where I love to share Insta Stories from behind-the-scenes of these segments.
Have a Well-Played Wednesday ya'll!
