About Me
Welcome to Meredith Plays, a place where parenting is understood and celebrated. I’m Meredith Saunders, the voice and heart behind this blog. My journey into parenthood, like many of yours, has been filled with joys, challenges, and invaluable lessons.
With a Master’s in Education and a devoted parent, my mission is to share my expertise and personal experiences to support and empower fellow parents.
I am also a frequent contributor to the Today Show, Fox & Friends, Hallmark Home & Family, and Access Hollywood Live, speaking to the art and aspirations of play.
My Philosophy on Parenting
Parenting is an art and a science. It requires heart, dedication, and an understanding of the ever-evolving dynamics of child development.
My approach combines compassionate, empathetic parenting with evidence-based strategies.
I believe in fostering an environment where children can thrive emotionally, intellectually, and socially.
This blog is a reflection of these beliefs, offering insights that are both practical and heartwarming.
